2: THE QUALITY POLICY OF AIM ELECTRONICS IS COMMUNICATED TO ALL
EMPLOYEES BY VIRTUE OF THIS LETTER AND THE ISSUANCE OF A QUALITY MANUAL.
3: CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS ARE REVIEWED BY THE SALES, MARKETING,
QUALITY, AND WHERE APPLICABLE , BY THE PRODUCTION DEPARTMENTS.
4: CONTINUED IMPROVEMENT IN OUR QUALITY STANDARDS AND CUSTOMER
SATISFACTION IS PURSUED AND WE MONITOR VIEWS OF OUR CUSTOMERS FOR ACHIEVING IMPROVEMENT.
5: OUR QUALITY SYSTEM IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH 1S09002 AND HAS BEEN
IMPLEMENTED AS PER THE DESCRIPTION IN THE NEW QUALITY MANUAL
6: REGULAR REVIEWS ARE PERFORMED AGAINST THE STANDARD AND GOALS.
CHANGES ARE MADE ACCORDINGLY.
7: A CONTINUING PROCESS OF IMPROVEMENT IN QUALITY IS RECOGNIZED WITH
CONSTANT ACTION TAKEN ON FINDINGS.
8: THIS QUALITY POLICY WILL BE EXPLAINED DURING ANY ORIENTATION TRAINING AND IS ON THE COMPUTER TERMINAL IN THE SALES OFFICE.
